Matt and the Exedra team was a true pleasure to work with. From the minute we brought them on, we were incredibly pleased with the process, how the work went and the final outcome. Looking forward to working with them again we expand our apartment and add another bedroom and bathroom. All in all, we give them an A+++!

We bought a foreclosure in Beacon Hill that was a disaster. It was totally unlivable and everyone thought we were crazy for thinking we could renovate it except Matt. He was confident he could pull it off and his assurance was a relief.  It seemed like every corner we turned there was a problem with asbestos, old pipes, structural floor damage or wiring in the way. Matt was extremely adaptive and creative on the fly. His communication through everything was our saving grace. [...]
